I liked that it was located near so many things and only 10 minutes from historic Annapolis. Everyone was very helpful at the front desk. I want to give a huge shout out to Patti in the dining room. There was a snow storm and everyone else called in sick except her and the cook. She took everything in stride and kicked butt doing her job. She made my morning!
I never got a cookie at check in, but thats ok. lol

Service at the restaurant was so attentive and helpful, even on busy days where they were clearly understaffed! Food was excellent as well. The room was nicely apportioned and the bed super-comfortable.

I did not like the greeting of not good evening or hello but hold on the system is down and no offer of the cookies upon check in. The waiters at the restaurant in the hotel were stand-offish to the point that it caught my 8 year old daughters attention. I did speak to the manager on duty. This was not the normal double tree experience. This property does not represent the double tree brand in a positive fashion.

My husband and I stayed last night for a mommy and daddy’s night out before our baby is born and we had a great stay. The room was very clean, the Annapolis Town Center is right around the corner with great shopping and dining options, and the area is very nice.
The staff was friendly, hands out warm cookies at check-in & there’s a nice restaurant right in the hotel.
Would definitely recommend!

We would have expected a more comfortable bed.
The breakfast we paid extra for was mediocre at best .
The hotel was very clean. The room was spacious. Bathroom was tight between shower, toilet and vanity .
Construction was going on all around the hotel, which
Made finding the entry confusing.
Warm cookies were a fun treat.

My stay here was mostly very good. However, even though the restaurant was “open” for breakfast and lunch, there wasn’t always anyone there - at all - No customers no professional staff. I found that odd but mostly inconvenient. Dinner hour seemed to be pretty well staffed though.
