安納波利斯索尼斯塔ES套房酒店(Sonesta ES Suites Annapolis)

Our stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious. There were common amenities in the room. My only gripes are not enough towels and washcloths in the room and no convenient dining options. Annapolis isn't the easiest place to get around, so a nearby store or restaurant would have been perfect.

Our stay at Sonesta was fine; we would rate it good or very good. The check in was efficient, the parking was convenient, and the room was comfortable. We enjoyed the included breakfast both days. The experience was as expected except for a slow wi fi connection (this concern was resolved with help from the front desk).

It was amazing! One of the cleanest hotels I’ve staying in. Everyone was nice and the lobby is clean. One thing I would say is a little outrageous is - we had to pay extra for early check in - we traveled hours to get there, not knowing if we would hit traffic or not- we were so ready to crash on the bed and take a nap - we were an hour early and couldn’t get into the room without paying extra - if the room is ready since it was 2 in the afternoon, it should have been easy to get right in - we paid enough for the room - Over all great experience

No problems, good breakfast, clean rooms. I was not made aware that housekeeping did not happen. This is important for towels, wash clothes etc. I really liked the fire pit in the evening.

I was very disappointed that the room I requested when making reservations wasn’t available. If I was staying more than one night, I would have left. On top of that, I had to pay $15.00 for early check in (1:00). Phone didn’t work, sheets for sofa bed were dirty. Contacted front desk about phone and sheets, it was taken care of immediately.

The rooms were great! The size and kitchen were well worth the stay. The breakfast and kitchen staff could use help.

The Staff were super nice to us. We had a medical emergency with a friend that was also staying there which required us to stay with him at a local Hospital from 10 PM until 7 Am the next morning. They were gracious enough to let us have a late check out so we could get a little sleep before a 6-hour drive home. A special thanks to "Jasmine" working the night shift desk for her kindness, understanding and her prayers. She is one special lady!

They let me check in late. The bed was not made. There were used rags still in the room. It was still used soap in the bathroom. The one guy they had working overnight, said that “there is no overnight services.”It just wasn’t worth it. Especially with all the other hotels to choose from around it.
