安阿伯麗晶套房酒店(Ann Arbor Regent Hotel and Suites)

When I was checking in the lady at the desk said that three things were not allowed. I don't remember the first two but the last was, "no parties." I laughed and said, "No Fun." She explained it was a college town and this was a quiet hotel. That was fine with me. Nice place for the price.

The sheets were dirty and unchanged with hair on the pillow and sheets. My flight was delayed and I reached the hotel late, but I had given them a heads up. It was horrendous to call the staff to change the sheets at 1:30am so that I could go to sleep. The night staff changed the sheets reminding me a couple of times it was not within the scope of his duty. The rate they charged/night which was about proxy $450/night- it is horrible. Will never recommend anyone to stay!

Will not stay again. Rates outrageous. Pics must be decades old. Carpets worn out. Electric outlets wiggly in the wall and plugs fall out. Had room with jetted tub but the caulk was moldy which only makes you wonder the state of the insides of the jets. Drain partially plugged and ankle deep water by end of shower. Room had a strong mildew/mold odor.

This hotel was wonderful! Extremely clean! We didn’t use the pool or go to breakfast, but our room was great. Super friendly and welcoming staff at check-in. And fresh baked cookies! The bed was a bit too soft for us, but if you like that, this hotel is a solid 10!

What a lovely place! From outside to inside it is pretty, super clean and friendly. Beds and linens were soft, clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was awesome and even coffee, etc available all day/night along with fresh baked cookies in the evening!

The hotel is great. Loved the facilities. The first day the breakfast we were told that breakfast was till 10 however by 9:30 there was nothing left. The staff that was managing the breakfast were rude and unaccomodating. After complaining to the manager the next day the experience was very different

We spent three relaxing days in October while visiting family in Ypsilanti. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very clean. Nice garden area courtyard. Nice and quiet .

We requested 2 adults and they gave my husband and me 2 queen beds, the floor had stains on them, and we requested a late check out they could not accommodate us.
