安卡拉桑特拉爾酒店(Ankara Santral Hotel)

Hotel bagus..deket dengan masjid istiqal...deket pasar dan jual makanan. Ada wifi dan waterheater. Untuk sarapan lumayan. Dengan harga yang murah hotel ini ok banget. Tapi untuk AC gak nyalah..kulkas jg gak dingin..tv lumayan lah ada chanel. Over all ok

살다살다 16€짜리 호텔에서 거지 취급을 당하는 군요. 조식을 먹던 중 주방 직원으로 보이는 사람이 대뜸 터키말로 카드를 보여달라고 요구했습니다. 그 태도는 아주 무례했고, 그 직원은 식사가 끝나고 나갈 때까지 나를 기분 나쁜 표정으로 주시했습니다. 화장실 배관은 고장나서 세면대에 물을 틀면 배관 사이로 물이 터져 나오고, 악취가 납니다. 변기 뚜껑은 분리 되어있습니다. 곳곳은 지저분하고 금이 가 있고, 어메니티는 쓰다 남은 병들이더군요. 화장실을 도저히 쓸 수가 없었습니다. 위치가 좋은 것 빼고는 최악입니다.

Awsome. i just can not forget the receptions and client services not to the mention the manager. humbly and respecfuly they treat their clients. just to say I found my home at santral otel. loved thr furnitures and meal plan. it is auite located at proximity. could do everything arround.

It was the worst hotel that I went before, don't go there .. it's dirty , nothing working like shower and some elecriticity, no air conditioner, dust everywhere and breakfast was so limited ..

Staff is caring and helpful. Facility needs cleaning. Plumbing and grouting of the tiles are in bad shape. Floor of the rooms need thorough cleaning. The bed head rest are oily and unclean. The beddings smell.

We stayed at the Hotel for 3 nights, the staff was friendly since the beginning. The room was spacious, clean and with good ventilation. It's has a good air-conditioner too and good shower and cozy bed The hotel was super quiet, and a good place to rest. It was near to old town center and also it was easy to get to metro, parks and you can get by walk to new downtown. I would recommend to stay here to avoid the craziness of the new downtown because there's to many people. Another good point it's that the hotel was near to many food places just around the corner. The staff also help us with no charge extra to keep our backpacks during our last day in town before we go to the Otogari. Thank you so much for your welcoming and good disposition.

I didn't like the manager, he was an unfair person, without any attempt to solve the problems.

Saff were friendly and helpfull. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
