The only reason I got a high rating for calling this is I cleaned my room myself the whole time the time I asked for towels sat in the hallway for 2 days and I had to go to the front desk and ask her towels and they told me to wait that they would call somebody but nobody ever showed up so at 3:00 in the morning I had to go back to my desk just to get towels. Had some complaints about people upstairs it was way too loud when princess sitting would call up there and ask him to stop apparently they didn't because it's still extremely loud and somebody broke into my room two times when I was getting in the shower

There was hair and some other type of solids (dirt, small pebbles) all over the bed sheets. I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter with all my clothes on. It was very noisy and you could hear loud tvs and music though the wall. Spend a few extra dollars and go down the road to the Lakefront Hotel.

My room was full of mice. When I told the front desk they gave me mice traps . 4 mice found in less then 30 hrs . They chewed holes in my clothes. Refund and room exhange were both denied (another room would have been infested anyway ) Hotel is used as housing for homless ..Parking lot is full trash and dumpster divers .Not a safe place for women traveling alone . NOT a property children should be in proximity to . Orbitz has also not provided any recomps for this .

The place was nothing like the picture from the website because the front wing of the hotel was destroyed by fire. I couldn't use the guest laundry until after hours because the hotel staff was using it for the Hotel's linens and towels. The rooms however were surprisingly big. But it's wooden floors meant that you can hear every step the person above you is taking.

The property is multiple building, one of which had a caved in roof and had a fire, it was boarded up. That was the building with the office. The new office was a hotel room, the "fridge" where the breakfast yogurt was did not look like it was cold enough for a permanent solution. Boxes of cereal on shelving in the hotel room/office, this is where your "grab and go" breakfast was. Overheard the staff member checking in the person in front of me that they would get someone to go up with them to "unlock their refrigerator"!?!? Who needs to lock a refrigerator, perhaps I misheard, who knows. I walked out and promptly booked a room somewhere else. I went in to see what it would cost me to cancel, I went through ******* so the hotel couldn't do anything. Called *******, they initially said they couldn't refund because the check in time already passed, but they called the hotel and the hotel agreed to allow a refund. So the staff experience, limited as it was, was good, the rest, felt dirty and unsafe. Pulling in the lot I actually wondered how safe my car would be outside overnight. Glad I was able to get a refund, but I was willing to lose my money and pay for another hotel regardless. They need to update their description and photos to explain this upfront to future guests booking online.

The place was an absolute hole! You would’ve thought there was a death in the room, the smell of bleach was so overwhelming when we walked in. The room overall was not very clean. The upholstered chair in the room looked like it had been found on the side of the road and placed in the room, it was broken and dirty. If we hadn’t gotten there so late and weren’t so tired from traveling we would’ve never spent the night! They did offer a continental breakfast but we were not about to eat a meal from this place.

Got this hotel for a friend of mine He decoded to stay not because it was nice hotel but because he didn’t have the energy to look for another place. All the hotel smelled humid. Horrible he said. He Would not recommend I feel bad he had to look for another place to stay.

The pictures shown online is not what I walked into. Apparently the old building burnt down and they're housing guests in the motel behind the burnt building. The only reason why I gave the 3 stars for the staff is because of the Samoan man that helped us out the first night when I first arrived. The rooms are disgusting, I don’t believe they change sheets because there was hair and random crumbs on the bedding as if it was never changed just remade. There was a couch that looked like it housed rats at one time with stains all over which I didn’t dare sit on at all. And just when I thought it couldn’t get worse… behold!! what do I see in my peripheral but a mouse welcoming me and playing hide and go seek?! Disgusting, I would not recommend anyone to come here at all. There were no trash bins and now I know why, it’s likely because they didn’t want to have the permanent residents (mice) entertain their guests. Needless to say, I definitely checked out. This place needs to be closed down.
