Came over from Illinois for college orientation … found out pool was closed was unhappy that I was not notified as that and having a hot tub was one of the reasons I chose to stay at your facility. I knew we would be very tired and want to relax in the hot tub or pool after a long day at the college

From tv remotes with broken covers, average to below average attention to detail, no one at the desk at check out and after staying at this property for years I was disappointed (last stay was a year ago).

Bathroom had structural damage on wall/baseboards. When we got to our floor, immediately after stepping off elevators there was the strongest odor of curry (someone cooking) that I have ever smelled. We could smell it in our room. At 8:00 in the morning there was a knock on our door from housekeeping asking for our towels. That was rather odd and rude….we had barely finished showering. Thank goodness we were awake. I had never encountered that at a hotel before.

The rooms were a little on the smaller side from what we are use to, but they were clean (which is what was most important to me) and it was quiet. Breakfast had a nice variety.

This place is so great. It's not only clean and well run - this is the first time in three years I've had "room cleaning service" during my stay - they actually came in with fresh towels, etc. Also, the breakfast is great. A level of service I haven't seen in a while - better than more expensive places in the area.

The halls had dirty carpet and smelly. The rooms needed a better cleaning. Would not stay there again.

The room was very musty. Due to the lack of ventilation our clothes, sheets, etc. were constantly damp feeling.

Very quick stay. Friendly efficient staff. But the room was not up to my standards for cleanliness.

The main level and second level smelled like cat urine. Some how the smell was not in the room.
