I won't stay here again. Not worth the $$ I had to pay. The sidewall of the tub was patched with duct tape. Cmon, you can't afford to replace the tub and make it look nice??

Checked in and got my room key, opened the door and there was people in the room. Awkward! Rooms are dingy.

It needs updating. The sink was clogged, the lock plate was missing screws. There was no notification we wouldnt get room service. The beds and pillows are VERY comfortable!

Rooms were ok but not that nice. Hair dryer in room didn’t work. The shower worked for short periods of time and then would stop. Had to wait 5-10 minutes for water to work from shower again. Before 8 am we asked for our room to be cleaned and made up. Only received clean towels with the garbage emptied. Beds not made and no cleaning

They let me check in early. It was game day so that was nice but that was the only thing nice about the hotel. It’s run down there were stain on the walls and the room smelled really bad. The cooling unit was so loud it woke me up every time it kicked on.

If you are going to jack up your rates because there is a home football game for Iowa State Univ, you should be darn sure your facility is up to par. The place was not very clean, the shower was moldy (grout) and worn out, not very nice in appearance (consider replacing or thoroughly clean). Next, there was red stain, an inch wide, and very visible on the ceiling. We stayed two nights but the clean staff did not clean our room or provide new items (e.g., coffee packets) after the first night. Lastly, the front desk was unattended numerous times throughout our stay.

Run down..in need of renovation. Way too expensive for the state of hotel. Will not return.

The stay and room was good. The elevator on the left side of the hotel by the laundry room closes really fast. My husband was pushing out a luggage cart and my 2 year old was walked out of the elevator when the door closed and scraped his foot. Not sure if it’s supposed to close as you’re walking out but something to watch out for

Appreciate the closeness to the interstate and restaurants. Well lite parking lots. Rooms were very clean and in excellent shape!
