安博塞利歐圖凱旅舍(Ol Tukai Lodge Amboseli)

The property is beautiful - the problem is the bugs our room had lots of lizards and crickets. Dinning area too had lots of crickets. 1 fell in the food and they just scoped it out . I totally get this is not lodges fault and we are in nature we were quite freaked out and decided to cut our trip short and check out the next morning. we asked the hotel if we could get some kind off a refund and they denied. Our tour guy tried to talk to them too but they are very rigid about the cancellation policy. if you are afraid of crickets and lizards skip Ambosili and this property because of their refund policy In the united states if we had such problems and want to check out earlier they would have atleast given us a partial refund

這是一個美麗的地方，從我們的房間可以看到乞力馬扎羅山的景色令人驚嘆。工作人員很令人愉快，食物也很好……有很多種類。房間很寬敞，設施也足夠。飲用水供應良好。缺點...蚊子...夜間用餐區及其周邊地區大量存在這些殺手。要是旅館能做點什麼就好了。

Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Empfang. Generell sehr freundliches Personal. Toller Empfangsbereich, schönes Restaurant. Hervorragende Speisen beim Buffet für alle Mahlzeiten. Tolle, sehr gepflegte Anlage mit Sicht auf die Tierwelt des Amboseli Nationalpark. Sehr schöner Aussenpool in bester Lage. Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht in der Ol Tukai Lodge. Wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben. Die Lodge ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Safari-Pirschfahrten. Wenn man im Amboseli Nationalpark ist, ist diese Lodge ein "must"! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Einzigartige Lage mit Blick auf Kilimanscharo- so er sich zeigt . Personal freundlich, Bungalows sauber, schön eingerichtet. Der Pool groß , angenehm zwischen den Game drives zum Erholen. Die Anlage ist groß, aber es verläuft sich doch einigermaßen. Das Essen war für uns das High Light, wir lieben die indische Küche und das war eine der Optionen beim Buffet mit großer Auswahl. Sie sollten 2-3 stündige Kochkurse für die Gäste anbieten!

Location, Location, Location.... There are undoubtedly more opulent properties around the Amboseli National Park, but no others offer the views of Kilimanjaro that yours to enjoy from merely stepping outside. Camps outside of the park require an hour or more to get a view of Kilimanjaro. Ol Tukai Lodge provides excellent food, excellent accommodations, excellent service, and the best possible location. We highly recommend Ol Tukai Lodge as the best property from which is visit the elephants of Amboseli and to view Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Lodges wtih views of Mt. Kilimanjaro and passing by animals. We saw elephants, water buffalos, wildebeest and hippos but not that close walking along doing their daily routine. The short bird walk onsite we saw no birds. Our 4 plex lodge was very warm despite an offset ceiling fan along the hallway vs. over the bed. Our front door did not shut flush so we had a gap at the top and then at the bottom of the door a gap too which we used towels/carpet to keep the grasshoppers from coming in. We had ants, moths and mosquitoes and the bed netting helped to some degree. On our 2nd night they left us with bug spray. The food was ok and our least favourite of the 7 accommodations we stayed at but only place that provided hair conditioner. Beautiful reception and two level bar with ample seating.

The hotel's "out of Africa" atmosphere takes you back in time. The location is ideal, at the foot of Kilimanjaro, with elephants, antelopes and buffalos grazing peacefully around the hotel. The rooms could do with a refresh, but the friendly staff soon make up for this. Restaurant and bar staff should be careful not to be too eager to receive a tip. It sometimes borders on the unacceptable. The food is excellent. Be careful, too, that the game drives don't become a queue of very large cars trying to overtake each other for the best spot.

An amazing experience, it was even better than I expected. The view of Kilimanjaro was outstanding - so many animals came up to the fence that you didn't need to go on game drives (though we did and we saw so many elephants it was incredible. Lodges are all lovely, beds are comfortable and a special thanks to Priscilla for arranging everything and to Daniel for showing us the hippos that came to the fence in the night.
