We only stopped for the night, so we didn’t use any amenities. It was a very nice hotel with friendly staff. I do wish that smokers would not be allowed near the door. It kept opening and the smell of cigarette smoke clouded the lobby.

Front of property not well kept. The first room smelled like rotten food, the second room also had a funk, but not nearly as bad as the first. Both rooms were beat up with scratches on all the furniture. Door handles were bent. Second room was missing the remote. Tub was rusty and the soap dispensers in the shower were broken.

The bathrrom is tiny and i would not concider that a walk in the shower there is a rusty towl rack in the bath tub and the fridge was unpluged and we had something to put in it. And the front automatic doors sound like they are broken

We checked in and out within a matter of minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room made us feel very uncomfortable and uneasy. There were stains on the mirror in the bathroom, the television didn’t work correctly, scratch marks by the handles of all of the doors, and the bed was extremely high off the floor.

Staff had to change our room. First one was filthy. Sticky stuff on the chairs, splatters of what looked like poop on the walls and towels, hair on the towels too and in the shower. It was atrocious. I felt contaminated just walking in there.

No room service King bed right up next to wall by air unit. Couldn’t use both sides of tje bed to get in & out. If you did you would hit your knee. Maids did not service the room
