They didn’t clean the rooms till you leave, they make you bring the towels you started with downstairs every day to be washed saying they had a towel shortage, the breakfast was a joke same thing everyday juice, cereal, bread, watery eggs, muffins and they ran out before breakfast was over and the lady that puts the food out had a NASTY attitude so I went to customer service where the Supervisor Antonite was and asked her about the breakfast she didn’t seem to care I asked her about the Towels and she had the WORST attitude she was talking over me in a very Nasty tone… my first and last time in this motel that’s called a hotel

Hôtel intéressant parce que bien équipé. Nous avons eu un problème avec le système électronique de la porte de la suite mais le personnel a été très avenant et le problème a été réglé avec diligence. Le seul véritable problème est le manque d’insonorisation des suites. Si vos voisins sont des couche-tard, vous ne dormirez pas beaucoup…

Unclean. Amenities all closed. Broken glass all over the grounds. Terrible upkeep and modernization. Very disappointed with the waste of money with this stay. Not to mention the rooms looked like bad apartments.

The location is pleasant and convenient. There is one woman at the front desk who is curt and though I have been staying at this location for over two months, she charges the full amount against my card at check in but I do not receive the prepay discount that is posted on your website.

They didn’t have all the channels as they claimed they have. Should have been more breakfast items to choose from and ran out of face cloths.

I booked through ******* and reserved a room. Showed up and was told by the staff that they had no room for us, that despite our reservation, rooms were first come first serve. Said that they called ******* at 4:00 (check in was after 3:00, we showed up at 6:00), and ******* should have relocated us. ******* did not have record of any notification from the hotel. Had to reach out to ******* for a refund as we had already been charged and then drive 3 hours back home at midnight after the concert we were in town for as we couldn't find another suitable property to accommodate our party. Staff was completely unapologetic and not helpful at all.

I was double charged for the stay. When I went to the front desk and inquired about the extra charge, I was belittled and talk to in an unprofessional manner. Instead of owning the mistake that they did the front clerk Toinette actually told me “what you’re not going to do is blame the night clerk which I am for this mistake” She also went on to tell me that since I am an adult and I am older than she is then I should know how refunds work. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that the manager was on vacation, yet she gave me the number to call the hotel and said that the manager would be in on Monday because it was Sunday when this incident occurred . When I got back home and I called the hotel to speak to the manager my calls and inquiries were dodged by the manager and I was sent to voicemail repeatedly. I did talk to Jorge Gonzalez which is the assistant manager, the managers name is Monica Wilson who I have yet to speak to . Double charging me caused a temporary financial hardship but it wasn’t that as much as the poor service and unprofessionalism at this property. Checking the previous reviews I found that this is not the first instance of double charging and the unprofessional service from front desk employees. There was no compensation from this property for the type of service that I received. I will not stay here again….********** however stepped up and recognized the egregious behavior and made things right.

I experienced roaches in my kitchen, tv had to be fixed and the shower and tub water came on at the same time.
