希爾頓花園酒店-亞特蘭大諾斯波茵特(Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Northpoint)

這是一個安靜而乾淨的地方。 早餐單調，因為每天都是一樣的菜單，但還可以。 游泳池有點小。

很乾凈的酒店，附近餐廳不多，但我很滿意。

性價比很高的酒店

Extremely rude staff at the front desk. They tried to cancel my room claiming that I didn't check in when..they wouldn't let me check in. I had stayed there the night before with no problem at all. The front desk quote "supervisor" Aleana was extremely rude and knows nothing about customer service. I would not recommend this hotel when there's so many other ones in the immediate area with much better staff. One front desk clerks referred to me as "brah." Much better alternatives are the Hyatt place on exit 11 or the La Quinta inn on the same exit as this Hilton garden

Stayed 2 nights. Came back from work on the second day and tyhe toilet was plugged up and leaking onto the floor. Went to the front desk and Snickwa told me that she would give a plunger so I could unplug the toilet. When told no she told me"To be fair, the maintance staff was on site asll day and if I had an issue with the toilet, I should have informed them". To be fair! My toilet was clogged and leaking on the floor and all she could do is chastise me for not reporting it while I was at work. I have a co-worker how had a vehicle stolen from the parking lot. There were people living in their car in the parking lot. Not a safe or caring hotel - Do not stay here if you value you vehicle and health. Food menu was terrible with little to no choices. Ordered the burger and it was extreemly overcooked, dry, and had zero taste other than burnt. Poor service, lack of caring from the front desk Snickwa, or what ever her name was...

El lugar muy limpio y tranquilo muy amables

We had our company Christmas party nearby and put up 40 guest and workers in the hotel for the night. We have enjoyed this hotel for two years in a row now and will do a third. The fire pit is the hit.
