Great staff great location super helpful when asked a question

Staff was great and very helpful when needed. We were there for a tournament and they were great with us while tons of kids were in the hotel. Thanks for the great stay.

No bottled water (even in the lobby market). No BASIC TV networks. Over-priced. I booked Holiday Inn Express because I thought the quality standards could be relied on. Big disappointment.

Very nice. But don’t stay here. So noisy! Not able to sleep. For some reason the 2 old people(us) were given room by outside entrance. People talking and slamming outside door and their room doors! Drove 6 hours to get here for a funeral. Will not have much sleep before we attend funeral and drive 6 hours back home. Also horrible pillows.

This place was nice. People at the desk were very nice. The first night we slept there they were doing laundry next-door and our bed was vibrating, along with the floor. Obviously we didn’t have a great sleep that night. We informed them of this the following morning, and they said they would tell housekeeping not to do laundry until later in the morning. They did not change our room. Then, early this morning, we felt, just for a short bit, the bed vibrate once again. We even put a note on the door saying don’t do The laundry until after 8 AM. Luckily, the vibrating was just a short time. We liked the location and the breakfast was decent. We would stay there again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Safe and walkable location.

The hotel is nice and clean in a nice location. Our room was not ready at 4:00 even though check-in is at 3:00 but they accommodated us with a different room right away. When we went down for breakfast at 9:30 (breakfast hours were until 10:00) they were out of oatmeal and eggs and forks.

A beautiful place - modern, clean, comfortable! Breakfast was great, and we loved the back patio overlooking the river...a great feature!

Clean and modern. Lots of dining options in the area. Would have liked much better bathroom lighting and private seating areas on the back grounds where the grass is but other than that it was great.
