阿利坎特山旅館(Alicante Hills)

Good place for a small family stay

Appartamenti carini ma abbiamo avuto problemi col personale, ci hanno chiesto una clausola di 300 euro (anche se c’era scritto 200) e hanno provato a farci pagare per una persona in più. Arrivati negli appartamenti hanno staccato l’acqua calda, abbiamo dovuto fare docce gelide.

Location is terrible, you can walk down the hill to get a bus into Alicante Town but no idea if there is a bus going back from the town, I certainly couldn't find it. Taxi back from town is around €10. There is literally no shops, restaurants, bars around the hotel area, so your only option is getting the bus to stock up on essentials and taxi back. They charge €100 deposit, even though amenities are extremely minimal, two forks, two knives and two spoons. No kettle or toaster. Vending machines are a total rip off, €2.50 for a can of coke. Don't even bother with the "Hotel bar/café) food is bland and poorly made. The only positive is plenty of space in apartment and free WiFi. The swimming pool is a decent size, however it is freezing cold, the jacuzzi is also freezing cold, so not enjoyable to relax in.I would definitely not return to this hotel/apartment. Cheap prices but you 9ay loads in taxi fayre, do yourself a favour and pay a little extra for a nicer place to stay and near to Alicante town.

Appartement en état très catastrophique, ménage aussi. Au tour de la piscine carrelage très dangereux, transat tous cassé. Parking sans caméra, portail en état fatigué. Franchement en hôtel fantôme. Je suis très déçu de le avoir pris. Dans le hotel il doit avoir plus de 20 chats qui dorme sur les capot des voitures. Très bon endroit pour se faire cambrioler la voiture.

房間很噁心（提供照片），孩子們整晚都在尖叫，床非常不舒服（每晚醒來都疼），這個地方一般都有氣味，因為那裡有流浪貓，工作人員不打掃他們的爛攤子（提供照片） ，自助餐廳只是不能食用的微波爐飯菜。酒店距市中心至少 6 公里，步行 1 小時 30 分鐘。由於 COVID，這家酒店毀了我們 3 年來的第一個假期。我們住在 3003 號公寓 - 樓上的家人到處亂跑，孩子們尖叫著，似乎睡不著覺。不惜一切代價避開這個地方，多付一點錢來得到一些好東西——不要犯我們犯的錯誤。

對於一個所謂的自助式公寓，我們真的很沮喪地發現我們每個房間裡幾乎沒有餐具。一開始我們沒有水壺，當我們要幾個杯子時，我們被告知“我們明天會有一些”。廚房設施的清潔還有很多不足之處。當我們到達我們給定的房間時，它聞到一股陳舊的煙味，我們不得不要求搬家。空調裝置充滿了厚厚的黴菌，毛巾在 5 天后才更換。游泳池周圍有規定，包括禁止食物或飲料。有幾間公寓的陽台可以俯瞰學校，這意味著白天我們不能在陽台上放鬆，因為教室裡的孩子們都在盯著我們看。這些顯然是從未作為公寓出售的公寓，因此出租給度假者，儘管這是擺脫任何建築生活的一種方式。乘坐出租車前往阿利坎特市中心的單程費用約為 12 英鎊。

Pour le bon côté je dois dire que l'accueil a été très agréable et les personnes très réactive suite à un changement d'appartement car j'étais à côté de la censeur et le bruit me gêner pour dormir en une simple demande nous avons tout de suite ou un autre appartement tout aussi confortable attention toute fois au canapé-lit car si un adulte de plus d'un mètre 65 dois dormir dessus ça n'ira pas du tout mon fils de 15 en faisant en mètres 75 n'était pas confortable Ensuite l'âme appartement manque totalement d'ustensiles pour la cuisine (vaisselles, éponges...) . Lit confortable.

Avoid this place, the noise of suitcases being dragged along the pavement all the night. Mostly arab guests, very loud talking and screaming at night on balconies and terraces. Poor quality rooms, location without any services around, far away from Alicante centre and beaches. Without a car is horrible because you have to walk to the bus stop apx. 600m

We booked this last minute as quick as we could in Alicante airport after the strikes and we were stranded for best part of a week …close to the airport 15 euros in taxi…close to marina and Alicante Old Town 10/12 euros in taxi each way …pool was lovely and had 2 outdoor jacuzzis …apartment was huge spacious and clean did the job …cheap as chips to stay here …reception friendly and so was little cafe that sold snacks and drinks …Aldi is 6 euros in a taxi one way also…got us out of a sticky situation and made some fabulous friends there too.
