阿爾伯克基北氣球嘉年華公園舒適套房酒店(Comfort Suites Albuquerque)

Old and dirty. I dont know what was under the carpet, but the floor seemed to have holes under the carpet. The carpet in the hall was disgustingly dirty.The photos did this hotel an amazing justice because this hotel was awful and I feel like I got snookered into making a reservation. If we had not been so tired from the day of travel, I would have thought to book another hotel and just lose the money paid.

Hostess at breakfast was the friendliest, the rest of the staff unhelpful. Air conditioning needs repair temperature gauge not working, carpet worn & had spots on it, grout in bathroom tile needs repair, no grip on base of tub ( a danger) etc.

This was our second time using this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. We would recommend this to anyone. We will stay here again if the need arises.

Suite had Direct TV. Neither of 2 TV's worked right. Kept freezing up and bufferring. One TV would not even connect to the satelite.

Many ants in bathroom! Husband found several bedbugs. Phina at night shift front desk very professional.

The property is supposed to be nonsmoking but they are renting rooms that have been smoking in the past but did not upgrade the rooms. Smell is really bad. Very dishonest in the advertising

I do not understand why the rates are as expensive as they are for this hotel. The rooms were nice, but service was not nearly as good as comparable hotels. The reservation system was down when we arrived after a long day of travel. There was no offer to store our bags, text us when it was back up. Just an instruction to come back later and see if it was back. The breakfast did not include any hot food. We would not come back.

The room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. The hotel itself has a very unclean smell. It feels like we are in a dingy motel.
