阿爾伯克基紅屋頂酒店 - 中城(Red Roof Inn Albuquerque - Midtown)

Wifi does not work…. Phone do not … Only one elevator in the front, so if they give you a room in the back building. You have to carry your bags upstairs. There were still eaten food in the garbage can when I got this new room .  there’s a sign in the parking lot. “manager does not responsible for thief and stolen goods.” Front desk does tell you to park your car where your window can see your own car to watch over . Sad ! I felt very unsafe and did not sleep all night . The door frame with the safety hinge was broken, l mean the entire piece of doorframe was off the door with the hinge . Wi-Fi did not work at all . Would not want to return to this hotel that’s a customer . Thumbs down..

It was very nice. I loved the curtain in my room. The staff was pretty nice as well. I had a sausage and biscuit for breakfast.

The room is cleaned, shower room was also good. But only the towels were not very cleaned. Except this, I think everything is good.

Deben de arreglar el baño del lobby pues habia mucha gente esperando para hacer el check in y aunque la señorita de la recepción estaba siendo rápida para atender a los clientes, tuvimos que esperar bastante y nosotros con urgencia de usar el baño y no solo nosotros los otros clientes también. Por favor es urgente que arreglen ese baño

Lo único que no me gusta es que el colchón está muy incómodo y vencido, y en las mañanas como a las 9 no hay agua caliente, pero en cuanto al personal son muy amables, área tranquila y segura y además cerca del freeways, el cuarto muy grande y limpio

If you have big pee stains on your sheets,you should get rid of them. On top of very clear to see long black hairs in a white bathtub. Offered a refund of 7 dollars. Could of at least gave 20 back. All future guests, should check there rooms, and sheets throughly.
