艾肯萬豪萬楓酒店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Aiken)

Major renovations ongoing! No warning at booking. Front desk people had an attitude about it. Do not book!!! The room itself was clean. Access to the building was very difficult while handling a suitcase. Dreadful experience.

Checking in was a complete nightmare, I get there and I haf to wind up paying.$89.00.more dollars after using my $100.00.afterpay gift card and it took an 1hr.1/2 to get an ok email from you all before I could get a room...I was hot, tired, aggregated and hungry. Mind you I got there at 9:00 and didn't get a room til almost 11:00. Not what I expected at all, I thought going through yal I would have saved money and everything would have been taken care of and I could walk right in show my id pay the difference and that be it, not the case here and I'm very upset with the situation, and also the rate for last night was $148.00 and I can't figure out why I had to pay $189.00.

Was expecting a pool no one informed us that there renovations and still got charged full price no one offered a discount the place was totally under construction and we should have been contacted I would have found a different hotel

Was not aware of the construction on the property until I arrived. The bedding was dirty and smelled of Body Odor. Doors slammed all night long. Will not stay there again.

What lady at the front desk when I checked in with very courteous and kind, and I couldn’t find the location had to call her three times and she was very very very very nice

Spite the property undergoing a renovation at the time of our stay, things seem to be clean and well managed

Hotel was being renovated. Ours had been beatifully done. We were completely satisfied!

My only criticism: the rooms need lighting over the bed. Too dark to read.

Friendly and helpful personnel. Diane at the front desk was a pleasure to work with. Breakfast was excellent for an included benefit.
