索納託裏酒店(Hotel Sonar Tori)

Visited this hotel in March 2024. The front desk was cooperative. Room was neat and clean with window view. Washroom looked ordinary, though some toiletries were there. Reasonably priced in the range of 3000- 3500. Enjoyed it's bar services in good ambience. Located at main road in market area. Check out time at 11 a.m. somehow irks. Rest ok.

Extremely cooperative staff great reception, amazing service by Mr Debbar*** and Arpit and other boys and girls, good breakfast spread , felt at home by their small gesture of keeping almond water in morning drink spread Mr Sougata upgraded my room at his end , room service was great , laundry housekeeping and other services truly remarkable, skilled employees ! Thank you for the great experience The jacuzzi bath at the super deluxe was the ultimate surprise Absolutely gorgeous!

This is my second stay in this hotel. The staff are excellent. Ever smiling and eager to serve. Quick response even at 4AM in the morning. They are concerned about guest comfort. Even packed us a very filling breakfast at 5 AM for our day trip to Unakoti. Food is very tasty and portion size is good. Breakfast layout is elaborate. The dosas n chutney were excellent ...also the chicken wings. Even have detox water n sprouts. Safe hotel for female traveller. Location is very good. A market is right next door.

Used their banquet services for a corporate dinner of 20 people. The arrangement was fantastic, their crew is wonderful. Excellent coordination by their team - Debabrata, Anil, Roy and other stewards. Food was absolutely lip smacking. Attention and behaviour was top notch.

It was very nice place for hangout. Food was delicious. And staff also very humble and polite. Overall experience was very good. Bar also available where we you can enjoy the music in most of the Saturday.

very bad hotel with non-professional approach. AC was not working, reported several time, but cooling was not proper. During check out, they are claiming that I damaged the towel. They shown me the towel which was like that only. I have given the picture of it.

Good foood,good ambience ,nice service but the price is high ,but the drinks they are providing are not original i doubt ,My friend took one chivas regal but he told that the taste dont match with the original product

Firstly the good points....tastefully done interiors, staff especially dinning very polite...and now not so good part which I think should be taken positively to improve ....Firstly the bedding needs to be kept clean...sheets ,pillows to blanket covers need change....bathroom especially wc was not clean...what's the point of branded bathroom fixtures if they can not be regularly cleaned....that's all for now...hope this helps 🙂

We did a booking from 19 to 20 but we arrived a day earlier, the hotel staff were kind enough to accommodate us , but honestly the rooms were not as great going by the price , the toilets had yellow stains in them , and better to have food outside as it is again highly priced and aso not tasty!!! we checked out on 19 th early morning, and the breakfast was not complimentary! Even no one helped us with the luggage, it is to be noted that I am travelling with a child and elderly parents, not recommend this to any one . It has a good history but it is not up to the mark anymore
