阿加迪爾漢密爾頓酒店(HAMILTON Agadir)

Achtung, niemals vor bezahlen. Ich hab versehentlich falsche Datum gebucht. Wollte ich ändern haben die   verweigert die haben mich abgezogen.

The hotel service was very poor, no one helps you, bedding and towels are very old and worn out, room.service come early morning whilst ur sleeping amd take ur towels, replace with fresh ones late afternoon so ur basically waking up, showering washing up etc without any towels, 2 basic washing gel bottles, one near sink and one in shower, no kettle or water in room and upon asking for warm water was told none available, pool is cold and not very clean. If your room is on the front side then very noisy at nighy as 2 nightclubs next door, we were on basement floor so was quiet. Breakfast is same every day, overdone fried egg and parathas, cereal in open bowls, oranges and apples as fresh fruit amd croissants amd crumpets. If you like ur tea then I would suggest take your own tea bags as its very weak and also cold in the kettle in dining area. Was nice enough, had lovely lobby and pool area with table tennis,pool amd archery but overall was disappointed with the service

Me and my friend had a lovely time at the Hamilton, location was ideal has we decided not to rent a car. Close to everything. Even possible to travel to other cities in one day trips

Hotel was nice. Got into my room and saw it was very dirty. Waited 2 hrs before check in as they had to “clean up” went into the room there were used towels and pillows. Called reception up and no one came to give new towels even the next day. Cleaning Lady kept coming in my room acting like she had to change the bedding. She came into the room 5 times within 2 hrs and kept saying “oh sorry I thought it was check out room” an excuse they get away with a lot. No very happy with the service .

Es la segunda vez que reservamos aquí, la anterior fue en abril de 2022. Se ve que están mejorando mucho, se esfuerzan para que te sientas agusto, esta vez nos han solucionado todos los problemas que hemos tenido. En la primera habitación que nos asignaron no había wifi, el hotel estaba completo, pero al día siguiente nos cambiaron. También hemos notado que han mejorado el desayuno, fruta fresca cortada, creps recien hechos... En general el hotel está limpio y la piscina también. Si vuelvo repito sin duda.
