False advertising online. Pictures look nothing like the actual property and room. We did not stay the night. Walked in, and walked out. Horrible room conditions and unsafe. Dirty and torn carpets, walls dirty and patched up, kitchen cabinets dirty and broken, beed sheets dirty, room smelled horrible and humid, excessive unsafe mold in the bathroom. Customer service was the worst too. They charged us for a night we didn't stay. Horrible customer service. I have 3 kids and two arr disabled, I was not going to put my family at risk. And the area was unsafe and ghetto. Horrible!!!

This room was not as described. We were supposed to have a two bedroom suit and instead had two joining rooms. They smelled bad, were dirty, outlet covers were broken with exposed wires, sprinklers were hanging the parking was horrible. I would not recommend! Extremely disappointing.

The suite was clean but the condition was well below expectations. The kitchen cabinet under the sink was broken and hung open. There were areas of spray foam exposed to fill gaps at the cabinets. The couch and chair were very frayed, worn and stained/discolored. The entry door security flap (at eye level) did not prevent the door from being opened. The door frames were in poor condition as well as the restroom tile grout. Entering the suite and seeing the poor conditions caused me to seriously consider taking my family elsewhere but it was too late in the evening. The cost per night was much too high for the poor room quality. I'm very disappointed and will NOT be staying in a Homewood Suites again. My 3 night stay was NOT enjoyable.

De todos los homewood que eh usado este es el menos agradable, las instalaciones no están como deberían, habitaciones sin microondas y pocos utensilios de cocina, se supone que el checkout es a las 12 pero el personal te toca la puerta a las 9:30am a ver si te vas y la llave ya a las 10am no funciona más….. me fuí un poco decepcionada…..

Cero Recomendado, pésimo servicio y limpieza. Dicen que incluye desayuno y no hay suficiente para los huéspedes. Empleados de mal humor todo el tiempo, a pesar de estar el manager en todo el tiempo, el servicio al cliente es pésimo, es el peor hotel que me he hospedado.

El lugar estaba sucio! El personal de recepción muy poco amable! El manager o el encargado en la noche muy grosero, agresivo y prepotente! No habia toallas limpias, ni sabanas o cobijas disponibles para el sofa cama! No recomiendo para nada este lugar!

The water pressure in the shower and sink were not great, and the bed was just okay but the hotel was clean. Fine for business travel but not great if you are WFH.

Bathroom shower needs major cleaning. Mold present. Shower head clogged. Not enough towels and soap Hallway smelled like smoke.

it was very clean. . My only issue was that I paid more than what I agreed to pay
