Chambre très spacieuse, confortable et bien équipé. C'est dommage que les finitions, notamment dans la salle de bain, ne soient pas au niveau du standing de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner assez copieux et de bonne qualité. Par contre l'hôtel ne respecte pas sa charte de protection de l'environnement car les serviettes sont changées tous les jours malgré le fait de ne pas les mettre sur le sol comme mentionné dans la charte et même la demande de ne pas les changer tous les jours. C'est bien dommage de gaspiller autant d'eau et de détergents à laver les serviettes tous les jours !...

My wife is Habesha and many places in Ethiopia take advantage of white tourists. I got the white man price hike and they didn't realize I know Ethiopia. Will not return. Same room I paid $40 awhile ago was $75. I stayed here just a week ago in the exact same room for $60. This kind of business in the United States would put you out of business and destroy your reputation. Not to mention the fact that racist things like this would also likely end in a lawsuit in the US as well, big time no, no. I have stayed here many times in the past however, Jupiter will not be getting another penny of our US dollars again.

In brief, they saved us, great hotel, and highest praise! Details: We arrived on an international flight, having booked and prepaid two rooms on ********** for a 5 night stay. To our dismay, Jupiter told us they have no relationship with **********. In other words, ********** was improperly touting and even collecting money for rooms that were not affiliated with them! Utterly improper!. It was the start of the African Union summit, and the Jupiter, and indeed most all hotels in town were sold out. Ms. Aynalem, the front desk manager, and Ms. Abebe, the online manager, were outstanding. They managed to find us a room - predicting correctly that there would be a no show. And they gave a us a slightly discounted rate on the room. We shared a room until another one opened up, and then they promptly provided that room to us too. Also, the hotel itself was great!

It's my first time in Addis Ababa and I was travelling for business. The hotel offers complimentary airport pick up and drop off. The location is good for business travellers as it it near everything. They have ATMs in the Hotel which is a very good thing. Room is comfortable and clean with all the basic amenities. There is slight road noise but bearable. The breakfast spread was good, there are many choices and the restaurant staff are very attentive . The best thing about the hotel is friendly and helpful staff. Everyone is very warm and selcoming. Special thanks to the Duty Manager Ermias who helped me sort out my transportation for 2 days. He made everything was convenient for me. One thing I didnt like was the driver who dropped me off at the airport on my departure. I am normally very considerate when it comes to giving tips, but the driver was deliberately asking me to give him tip because he wants to buy some things for his kids. He was even asking me to change the South African Randds he has to USD or EURO, when I told him I do not have, he said even Dirhams. He was quite persistent and it annoyed me. Although I understand him, it felt a little off. Overall, I had a nice stay and will definitely come back.

Stayed here 71 nights. It is not shiny and glitzy but it all works and the operators certainly know about hotel management. Make the guest comfortable. Good beds, plumbing, electric, internet and food. What more can you ask for? Oh yes, coffee ceremony often in the foyer. From a single guest to party of 85 for a weeks conference, they do it and do it well. Ethiopian food is special and you can get and enjoy it here. Shiro and Injera? Yes please.

Good overall, my room had no plug in for my phone to charge. The tea kettle was broken, so I couldn’t make tea in the evening and morning. The place looked run down overall. I liked their massage service and gym!

Terrible experience, unhelpful staff who lied and made up stories, hotel changed my reservation without ever telling me, management refused to refund my booking, messed up my whole trip. Breakfast was subpar, shower had only one temperature (scalding hot) while tap only had freezing cold water. Room smelled, glass shower tray was broken and dangerous. Wifi is poor and kept failing, every time it took 30 minutes to fix. Room was incredibly noisy, walls were paper thin, noise from street and generator incredibly loud. There are much better hotels at same price range close by and going forward will always stay in those.

Being a chronic traveler i have visited many countries and stayed in best of the hotels through out african continent . After pandemic i travelled to Addis on business trip in March 22 and decided to Stay in Jupitor and my stay was amazing and worth to share Hospitality is the best part of this hotel , You can not demand more Price was good Front desk is with Amazing people , you ask help more than one person will come to you willing to help PLeased to c a welcome note with gift of Ethiopian cofee from GM Check in and hotel Transfer was great Got an upgrade too If you need any help owners of the hotels are well aprochable and extend help too Good rooms , Good Location , Nice Resturan , Good Breakfast Gym is good and the spa Internet is good , Shower/Hotwater no complaints Heaters / Iorning box available in the room Clean and tidey premise even the building is bit old Security is tight and good ,Very friendly security Staff I will definetly visit this hotel again and recomend this hotel to others who are in business Travel , Ifelt home when i was in Ethiopia this time Love this hotel and the staff and the management Thank you guys will come again and stay in your hotel soon
