The staff were always smiling and helpful but the condition of the property needs attention. On arrival the hotel staff member who took me to my room was unable to get the electronic key to work which left me waiting outside the room for 15 minutes having just flown in; subsequently I had to have the key reprogrammed six times as there was clearly a fault with the lock. Next, the electrics in the room were a problem in so much as boiling the kettle tripped the system; this was resolved but it should not have occurred. Finally, one morning the water pressure was so low that having a shower wasn't possible; again this was resolved but the combination of issues doesn't give a good impression of the level of maintenance.
