阿賓登島I-81舒適套房酒店(Comfort Suites Abingdon I-81)

The bathroom is a nice size, and the bathroom lighting is excellent! The beds were comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked well. The staff was great, very friendly and efficient. The only issue we had was that the wardrobe pictured online (which looked spacious) had only half the space to hang clothes; the other half held the ironing board & iron - and the clasps for the onsite hangars further limited how much we could hang. Our stay was a week long, so this was a challenge.

Room was spacious & comfortable. Needed handicap access and that was supplied with grab bars near commode and shower. Could use walk in shower instead of tub as many older or handicapped adults struggle to lift legs and get into a tub. Shower with flip down seat would be much easier - otherwise perfect!

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. No gravy for breakfast which was missed by more than one traveler and the 4 PM check in with no early check in allowed damages the customer service, but aside from these….a good stay.

The room was very comfortable....surprizingly good night's sleep even with people on either side (sound proof)....good layout of the room...but the staff was very up-beat & so willing to help whenever/whatever we needed

Beds were small, uncomfortable and heat was difficult to manage. Pool was dirty as was hot tub. Breakfast was meager at best. Won’t be back

Clean, comfortable, quiet with good restaurants, shopping and points of interest nearby.

The tv in my room doesn't work. The guy in the room next to me does have a working tv. I know this because it's 130am and i can hear his tv through the wall with headphones on. The water smells very strongly of chemicals especially disulfided. Don't shower or brush your teeth unless you like that and all the problems that come with it. Also the shower screams like a bamshee the entire time it's running. The curtains are designed such that the large parking lot across the street has it's lights shining in all night. The sound of trucks can be heard at all hours.

This hotel was super nice. Extremely clean, good breakfast, pleasant staff and the pool was even open until midnight! Loved it!

My wife and I had a nice stay, it was a nice getaway. Food was good, the only issue was a smoke smell when enter the room wasn't too bad but needs to smell fresher whe you walk in the room. The room itself was great!
