雲杉山丘度假村及水療中心(Spruce Hill Resort & Spa)

Booked a 3 bedroom cabin and was not available. Cabins had been oversold for the weekend. We were not the only ones that this happened to. Most of the cabins are monthly rentals with only a few available. Booked well in advance but owner blamed ******* for overselling. Other's had not not booked through ******* and still didn't get their cabin

The room was very nice in a very mountain natural environment. I would have liked the pool and hot tub open later as a traveller only spending one night.

Beautiful area. Owner is ver friendly, helpful and attentive.

Property is being graded so a work in progress but our stay there was good. The desk attendant was very good. And very attentive

Staff was so kind. Very cozy. We will be back every year.

Nice place with great facilities. Little short on staff at this time of year. Worth the money. We saw a deer and a bear, nice.

The first room we were assigned to was not acceptable, dated and musty. We got a different room and it was much much better. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a nice view. The photos are definitely dated and the overall condition of the whole facility seems to have seen better days. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Reasonable price and would stay again. There is a nice grocery store very close at the 108 mile mall.

The resort was quiet, easy to find and get to. Parking was free and close to our room. On the bad side, there was an unpleasant odor in the hallways, but thankfully it wasn't as strong in the rooms.

Spruce Hill was ok. It wasn’t anything glamorous at all. The cabins were clean, but we were provided with very watered down dish soap, and it was a struggle to get clean towels and toilet paper. The hot tub wasn’t clean at all either. It shows a very nice restaurant in the pics, but that was closed which was frustrating. There is a hill with tubes for the kids which was really fun but that was the extent of our stay.
